With over 45 years of experience, Jeffrey Lounsbury is one of New York’s most respected PEMB erectors. Having completed hundreds of successful projects, he carries forward the legacy of his father, Dennis Lounsbury, maintaining the company’s commitment to quality.
Joe Sollecito
Joined DLBI after 17 years with Hines, a global leader in real estate development and management. At Hines, he managed high-profile properties in New York City and Greenwich, CT, with a focus on delivering sustainable, high-performance buildings. Now, Joe brings his engineering expertise and project management ability to DLBI, ensuring every project is delivered efficiently, and a focus on client satisfaction.
